Clarinetist Joshua Rubin, founding member of International Contemporary Ensemble (NYC), presents an evening of daring and adventurous music featuring clarinet, including new music by Wilfrido Terrazas and Rubin, and West Coast premieres by Kaija Saariaho, and Felipe Lara, among others. Rubin will be joined by old friends and new friends who are active in the new music scene on both coasts including Steve Lehman, Shalini Vijayan, and Wilfrido Terrazas.
